  • 1. Peel the mangoes, cut them into pieces and put them in the mixer grinder.
  • 2. Add curd,sugar,Elaichi powder to the mango pcs and mixer grind them all together.
  • 3. Pour them into the glasses and garnish with finely chopped dry fruits of your choice. Your delicious punjabi mango lassi is ready to be served.
