Ingredients For Wheat Flour Halwa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a pan add sugar and water. Boil it . Dissolve the sugar. Make a sugar syrup.
  • 2. Take a heavy bottom wok heat ghee. Add wheat flour.
  • 3. Roast it on low heat. Stir continuesly. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
  • 4. The mixture will start to turn golden brown and aromatic.
  • 5. Carefully pour the hot boiling sugar syrup in wheat mixture. Stir continuously , otherwise lumps will formed.
  • 6. Stir it till wheat flour will absorb all the water.
  • 7. Atta halwa is ready . Serve it hot. Garnish with almonds.
