Methods

How to make Pyaji Bhindi Recipe

1. Wash the Bhindi , dry it with cloth . Cut it into pieces.
2. Roughly cut the onion .
3. Heat oil in a wok . Add garlic , green chilies and onion . Saute it for few minutes.
4. Add Bhindi . Cook it on medium heat until it becomes tender.
5. Add all the spices. Mix it well. Turn off the heat. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves .
