Methods
  • 1. Take a pan and add ghee 1 tablespoon and add ragi flour and fry few minutes.
  • 2. Take a pen and at jaggery and water make a syrup add cardamom powder . No thread contestancy.
  • 3. Take a bowel add flour and jaggery syrup. Take a Pan add ghee 2 tbsp add cashew nuts fry roasted in golden colour and add to the mixture.
  • 4. From the mixture make laddu. As you desired size. Ragi laddu ready.
