Ingredients For Rabdi Prantha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a wok add milk and stir continuously until the thick consistency.
  • 2. Now milk reduces in half quantity add sugar and cardamom powder mix well.
  • 3. Transfer the rabdi in a bowl.
  • 4. In a bowl add wheat flour and water knead the dough.
  • 5. After 15 minutes make a small ball from dough.
  • 6. Roll with rolling pin and fill rabdi in half area fold and edges press with fork it.
  • 7. In a wok add ghee and heat it.
  • 8. Frying the rabdi paratha in puree ghee on medium heat until golden.
  • 9. Our rabdi paratha is ready to serve.
