Methods
  • 1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
  • 2. Now take a bowl and sift in ragi flour, coco powder and baking powder. Add cashews as well and mix.
  • 3. Take another bowl and add the eggs and beat till fluffy and light. Mix Castor Sugar as well.
  • 4. Use double boiler method to melt chocolate and butter.
  • 5. Now mix the chocolate mixture and egg mixture with the dry mix.
  • 6. Put in a greased container and bake for 45 minutes.
  • 7. After baking let them cool and serve.
