Ingredients For SPINACH CAKE RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Boil one liter milk,when it is boiled turn off the flame.
  • 2. Add vinegar and cover the milk,after few minutes milk is fully curdled.
  • 3. We get soft paneer.
  • 4. Boil spinach leaves for five minutes, add a pinch of salt and sugar then grind to make a puree.
  • 5. Sieve wheat flour,baking powder and salt.
  • 6. Take a blender add spinach puree,sugar powder,1/2 cup milk,cooking oil,egg and paneer and blend to mix until creamy and fluffy.
  • 7. Add vanilla essence,wheat flour and baking powder.
  • 8. Make a smooth batter.
  • 9. Preheat oven for 180 .c
  • 10. Pour the cake batter into the greased dish.
  • 11. Add roughly chopped walnuts and bake for 20 minutes.
  • 12. Now delicious spinach cake is ready.
