Ingredients For Ragi dry fruit laddu Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Add flaxseed and roast it
  • 2. Add seasame seed and roast it
  • 3. Add almond and cashews and roast it
  • 4. Now add ragi atta in a khadai and roast it until it is brown
  • 5. Now add aashirwad whole wheat atta in a khadai and roast it until brown
  • 6. Now add all seed and dry fruits to mixture jar and blent it
  • 7. Now take khadai add 1/2 cup of water & jaggery & boiled till thickness and make jaggery Syrup
  • 8. Now add all thing in a big bowl and mix well
  • 9. Then add ghee in the flour. The ghee will melt.
  • 10. Now add jaggery Syrup & some seasame seed mix well
  • 11. Take a portion of the mixture and shape into ladoos.
  • 12. Store ragi ladoo in an airtight jar or container. Serve them as a sweet snack.Nutrition Info Approximate
