Ingredients For Ragi Semolina Idli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a jar add ragi and grind it make a fine powder.
  • 2. Now take a bowl add ragi powder and semolina mixed it.
  • 3. Add curd ,water and mixed it properly and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • 4. Now take a steamer add water and cover it and steam it. For 5 minutes
  • 5. Take a batter add salt , hing mixed it .
  • 6. In batter add eno , 3 tbsp hot water and mixed it in one direction.
  • 7. Take a idli tray apply oil .
  • 8. Add batter and steam it for 10_12 minutes.
  • 9. Now keep aside and cool down and remove it.
  • 10. Make a coconut chutney
  • 11. Take a jar add coconut, Dalia dal, salt,hing,green chillies, Ginger, cumin mixed it and make a paste and add water .
  • 12. Remove in bowl .
  • 13. Make a tadka take a pan add oil , Mustard seeds,curry leaves, pour on coconut chutney.
  • 14. Granish with idli and chutney.
  • 15. Served it.
