Ingredients For Ragi Waffles Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First dry roast ragi till raw smell disappears.
  • 2. Now mix all dry ingredients.
  • 3. Make a whole in the Centre. Add vanilla essence, oil and milk.
  • 4. Give it a good mix with no lumps and heat a greased waffle iron pour the batter and cook it little over 5 minutes. Ragi takes little longer to bake. Serve with chocolate sauce.
