Ingredients For RAISINS CHUTNEY RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash and soak tamarind in one cup of warm water,after half hour strain the tamarind and reserve the water.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan. Add, panchphoren to crackle,now add cloves,whole black pepper and asafoetida.
  • 3. Add raisins and tamarind water and cook in a lower flame for five minutes.
  • 4. Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
  • 5. Add sugar and cook until thick.
  • 6. Turn off the flame.
