Methods
  • 1. Firstly heat a pan and add 2 teaspoon rajgeera seeds to it.we will roast rajgeera.
  • 2. Keep stirring it and roast .put very little rajgeera seeds at one time while roasting.
  • 3. Same way roast all the remaining rajgeera seeds. All seeds are popped up. So take them out in a bowl.
  • 4. Now filter the rajgeera seeds. The rajgeera seeds that have not been popped up will get separate. 3 cup rajgeera ready.
  • 5. We will make a syrup. Heat a pan and add 2 table spoon ghee to it. Add jaggery to the pan. Keep cooking till the jaggery is melted
  • 6. Add 2 table spoon water in it. Filter the syrup as this will help to remove all the impurities.
  • 7. Add the syrup to the bowl and rajgeera seeds. Add cashew and kismis to taste. Mix it well. We will make laddu while it is a little hot..
  • 8. Apply a little water on your hand. Pick up the mixture and roll it in a boll. Before making each laddu wet your hands.
  • 9. Rajgeera laddu are ready to be served.
