  • 1. Heat ghee in a pan.Add rajgira atta and fry on medium low heat until it turns brown.
  • 2. Keep stirring continuously.Add milk and cook all the milk is soaked by the flour
  • 3. Add sugar and cook until halwa turns dark brown in colour
  • 4. Add cardamom powder and mix well.Garnish with almond and pistachio slivers.Serve hot.
