Ingredients For Rajgira Potato Patty Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add boiled potatoes and mash them. Then add 1/2 cup Rajgira flour and mix it well.
  • 2. Now add salt, red chilli powder, cumin Powder, coriander leaves, green chilli, Black pepper powder and mix well.
  • 3. Now, make round balls of Rajgira Potato Patty and press it.
  • 4. Heat oil and fry Rajgira Potato on medium to high heat till golden brown. Remove the tikkis from oil and place them on tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
  • 5. Finally, Rajgira Potato Patty is Ready to serve with tamarind chutney and fresh coriander leaves chutney.
