Ingredients For Rajma Galoti Kebab Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil the overnight soaked rajma. Once it is boiled, mash it.
  • 2. Mash the boiled potato. Mix it in rajma.
  • 3. Add chopped mint and coriander leaves, green chillies,vsalt, chana powder and garam masala to it.
  • 4. Add little water to corn flour and make slurry. Mix everything properly and give shape of kebab.
  • 5. Coat it in corn flour slurry and shallow fry it on tawa using oil.
  • 6. Serve it with lachha pyaj and green chutney.
