Ingredients For Raw Mango Dal Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash tuar dal 2-3 times ftom water. Soak it in water for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Peel the mango . Cut it into pieces.
  • 3. In a pressure cooker add soaked dal, mango pieces, turmeric powder, 3 bowl water and salt. Pressure cook it for 3 whistles. Turn off the flame. Mash the dal .
  • 4. Heat ghee in a small pan. When the ghee is hot, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds , green chilli and hing.
  • 5. Saute for few seconds, When the seeds start to splatter add curry leaves switch off the flame.
  • 6. Add dry red chillies and red chilli powder. Mix it well. Add this tadka into cooked dal.
  • 7. Garnish it with chopped fresh coriander leaves.
