Ingredients For Red chilli Garlic chutney Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Frist take red chilli wash, cut and remove seed.
  • 2. Now take steam cooker add water and steam the red chilli and garlic for 5-7 minute.
  • 3. After steam,take the mixer jar add the red chilli,garlic make smooth paste.
  • 4. Take one pan add the sugar and water, boiling till the sugar dissolve.
  • 5. Sugar is dissolve then add the red chilli paste and mix well it, cook on medium flame till the moisture is evaporator.
  • 6. Now add the salt,lemon juice and mix well it, turn off the gas flame,remove in container store the 2-3 months in freezer
