Ingredients For Red Velvet Cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
  • 2. Take a bowl and sift maida, coco powder, baking soda and baking powder in it.
  • 3. Take another bowl, add butter and sugar and whisk them until creamy.
  • 4. Slightly incorporate the eggs in them.
  • 5. Now add curd, colour and mix.
  • 6. Now use cut and fold method to mix the wet and dry ingredients.
  • 7. Batter is ready, pour in a well greased tin and bake for 45 minutes.
  • 8. Whisk the whipped cream till soft peaks. Incorporate cream cheese in it, add a little sugar as well.
  • 9. Take out the cake, let it cool at room temperature.
  • 10. Now ice the cake in whatever way you want.
  • 11. Keep in fridge to set. Then serve.
