This is a simple and easy to make recipe which gives results similar to that of a dish served in a restaurant. Easy and quick to make at home if you have all the ingredients.
If you don't have chinese cooking wine you can use vinegar instead (half the portion). If you don't have oyster sauce or sesame oil you can make without it as well. This dish can be served with noodles, sticky rice, jasmine rice or plain rice as well.
