  • 1. Roast rice flour on ghee on medium hot flam.Colour changes
  • 2. Then just cool down and add powdered sugar in it ( grind madhur sugar and make powdered sugar)mix well
  • 3. and make small balls of this with hands and attached cashew nuts on it . ready to serve rice ghee mithai
