Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add rice flour add salt add ghee mix it well
  • 2. Add small small portion luke warm water and knead dough. Knead it well for 5-10 min
  • 3. Put top half of water on medium flame. Take steel steive brush with oil
  • 4. Now take dough, take small small portion apply oil on palm make flatten it for 1 1/2 cm for 1/4 inch thick by palm make it round.and just touch up the 2 corners it will look like leaf
  • 5. Put pitha in grace steive put steive on boilling water cover the steive with top and steam it for 10-15 min
  • 6. Serve hot. It tastes delicious you can serve with tea also
