Roasted Coconut  Misti Doi Gelato Recipe

Misti Doi is one of favorite sweet of Bengalis . Gelato is one type of Icecream in Europe.  So make is our sweet in western way . Now Sandesh make as a Mousse. jaggery coconut laddu ( narkal naru)is favorite.  So make is as a crumble of it . So try this in our favorite summer season.

Ingredients For Roasted Coconut  Misti Doi Gelato Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First boil the milk . Make boiled it half . Now add Nolan gur .  When it more thicken add cornflour  and milkmaid. Make more thicker then add roasted coconut.
  • 2. Turn off the gas. Put it in silicon mold. Set for 3-4 hours in fridge. Your Gelato   is ready.
  • 3. First dry roast the fresh coconuts . When its turned grown turn off the gas . Now add jaggery mix well . Your jaggery coconut crumble is ready.
  • 4. First cut the boiling  milk with lemon juice .Now rest the fresh paneer for 1 hour. Now in a bowl add kesar and milk . Now in another bowl add fresh paneer and sugar make a fine cream .  Now, add kasar milk. Now make a smooth paste. Your Kasari Sandesh Mousse is ready.
  • 5. For plating,  splashes some Sandesh Mousse on plate.  Place Misti Doi Gelato, add some Coconut Crumble on all sides.  Add some eatable flowers.
