1.
First of all in a mixing bowl drive all purpose flour and baking powder.

Add icing sugar, vanilla essence and chilled butter. Mix well to form crumby texture.

Add little by little milk to knead a hard dough, when dough is done, take small dough and arrange in a greased mini tart tin.

Take a kadai and put wire rack on it, cover with lid and het for 10 minutes.

Then arrangement tatt tins on wire rack and cover with lid, name for 15 to 20 minutes or untill done.

When done it will remove tin itself, now let's cool it.

For sliced roasted potatoes heat butter in a pan , when melted, then arrange sliced potato in it, let it cover and cook it until it turns slight brown. Flip on other side and again turn brown.
8.
When done, add salt and crush de proper, then take out from pan and arrange on tarts, sprinkle granted cheese and harish with parsley.
