Ingredients For Roasted Red Pepper Soup Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grease red pepper with some oil. Roast it over flame till its skin gets charred.
  • 2. Cool it for a while. Now remove blackened skin and seeds. Blend it well to smooth paste adding little water if required.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan. SautĂ© garlic cloves until it turns golden brown in color.
  • 4. Add blended pepper puree. Cook it for 3-4 minutes.
  • 5. Reduce flame and add cream.
  • 6. Adjust seasoning and let it simmer for 1 minute & serve hot.
