  • 1. Heat oil in a pan. Saute garlic cloves and finely chopped onions for a minute.
  • 2. Add broccoli. SautĂ© for 2-3 minutes.
  • 3. Now add milk and water. Let it simmer for 5 minutes until broccoli turns soft.
  • 4. Season with pepper & serve hot.
