Ingredients For Rohu lemon daab malai recipe

Methods
  • 1. Marinate rohu fish with salt and turmeric.
  • 2. Take a pan. Add 3 tablespoon oil-medium heat. Add the fish pieces .fry 3-4 min on each side, remove and set aside..
  • 3. Now add green chilli stir- fry then add mustard paste and turmeric powder, stir-fry 1mi . Add daab malai paste mix well and cook for 1min . Now add 1cup of water. bring to boil .Now add fish pieces and chopped daab malai. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Add lemon juice and fennel seed powder.
  • 4. Turn off the gas. Rohu lemon daab malai is ready
