Nolengur Prawn Biriyani (Fusion Style) Recipe

This is my own recipe.. I love fusion foods. I’m trying to make a little twist to the dish.. This Biriyani is little sweet & spicy .I give the Flavour of Nalen Gurr in this Biriyani.Hope you like it. #RamadanSpecialRecipe

Ingredients For Nolengur Prawn Biriyani (Fusion Style) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Method: 1.Wash the rice 2-3 times very lightly. 2.Soak the Rice with water approx 20-30 minutes. After it, cook the rice only 70%, then drain the water and keep it aside and make it completely cool. 3.Marinate the prawn with peppercorns,ginger-garlic paste,kashmiri powder,salt all together. 4.Heat the oil and ghee. 5.Add bayleaves, and whole garam-masala. 6.Take the prawns  pieces and fry little bit,now take it from karai and keep it aside.. Now add the chopped tomatoes,fry it few minutes and add marinaded masala little fry and add the fry prawns and beaten-curd. 7. Cooked the prawn 60% and turn off the gas,and add the powdered gurr and mixed it well. 8. Now take a separate handi. 9. Place 2-3 to prawns as layers  and then alternately make rice layers.. Add green chilly,kewara water,gulab water,kesar with milk.. 10. Now cover it with silver foil papers or cover the lid and seal the cover with atta dough. 11.Turn on the gas,slow flame,take a flat-tawa. 12.Keep the handi on the tawa. 13.Cooked it now till 20-30 minutes. 14. Garnish with chopped almond and serve it..
