Spicy gouchjong handcut Noodles with Grilled chicken Recipe

There is a Chinese saying that, "There is no satisfaction without noodles," I tried my hands on hand cut noodles last week and it was a good experience,now that the noodles are ready let's try a simple recipe by using these handcut noodles.I have used gouchjong paste in preparing this dish I will call it "Spicy gouchjong handcut noodles with grilled chicken".

Ingredients For Spicy gouchjong handcut Noodles with Grilled chicken Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Prepare the ingredients as mentioned in the above ingredients section. (I used the baby pok choy without chopping it, but you could cut them if you wish.)
  • 2. Marinate the chicken in soy,honey oil, garlic,pepper for 30 mins.
  • 3. Heat the griddle and grill the marinated chicken (with all sauce) and cook, remove the chicken cut and keep aside.
  • 4. Heat wok to medium high and add, gouchjong, soy and the vegetables. Stir them well.
  • 5. Cook it for 3 to 5 mins. Boil, handcut Noodles, once cooked remove and drain the water. Set the noodles aside.
  • 6. Add the noodles into the wok and mix them well for 1 to 2 mins, check for seasoning serve in bowl with grilled chicken,beansprouts and egg.
