Ingredients For Roti Patra of leftover rotis recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take besan in a bowl.add mirch ginger paste,haldi, dhaniya powder,garam masala green dhaniya,lemon juice salt and 1 tbls of oil mix it.
  • 2. Add water and whisk so that there is no lump.
  • 3. Apply this batter on on side and roll it.Do with all rotis.
  • 4. Boil water in pan and steam the roti till set.cool itCut into small round
  • 5. Heat oil in pan add mustered seeds.curry patta.when cracked add sesame seeds.
  • 6. Add round roti in this tempering and roasting from both sides.
  • 7. Eat with chutney or sauce
