Methods
  • 1. At first , soak 3/4 hour Soak in water, before prepare half an hour take out the soak sago from water, squeeze water, heat oil in a pan, then add onion, fry , add chopped potato, mixed and beans or carrot
  • 2. Then add grated ginger and chili, fry, add pea and chooped tomato, add salt then cooked until all vegetables arer soft, add sago and mix black paper powder
  • 3. Then cover 5 minutes, mix lemon juice, add finaly chooped corindar and serve.
