1.
at first soaked the sabudana in water..water should be over the sabudana....after 30 min strain on a strainer

next heat a pan add add ghee...after heating add musturd and cumin seeds..add nuts (peanut cashues)after it add ginger and green chilli saute it add onion saute till light pink
3.
now add potato carrot saute it add salt termeric saute it till cook well..
4.
add sabudana mix well....when sabudana is looking just transparent add coconut and garam masala powder..mix well till 1 min
