1.
Wash and clean the sabudana and soak it overnight with 1 ½ c of water.Morning strain it in a seive

Transfer the sabudana in a bowl and add all the ingredients except oil and arrowroot powder
3.
Adjust the spices and salt as per your taste

Now form into small balls and roll each ball into the arrowroot powder
5.
Similarly make all the sabudana wala by dipping them.in arrowroot powder.qe just need to dip them to give them a coating so they don't open while frying
6.
Now heat oil on medium flame and fry the sabudana Vada till.they turn golden brown in color
7.
Serve them warm along with some chutney and chai
