Ingredients For Sago Pudding Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly, Soak the Sago in room temperature water for 1-1.5hour.
  • 2. Soak the gelatine in the lukewarm water.
  • 3. Add the soaked Sago and Condensed Milk in the boiled milk and boil alltogether for 3-4 minutes. Add the half of the soaked gelatin, vanilla essence and turn off the flame.
  • 4. Take all the fruit juices in a pan, pour the remaining soaked gelatin in that and microwave the mixture for 30secs. Add red gel food color into it.
  • 5. Now take a large plate, place a comparatively small love shaped Muffin cutter/mould into a bigger love shaped mould.
  • 6. Put the fruit juices mixture into the smaller one whereas the Sago mixture in the larger one.
  • 7. Keep the plate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  • 8. Take it from the fridge and demould cautiously.
  • 9. The food is now ready to serve. Serve it with some Pomegranate Juice.
