1.
Firstly, Soak the Sago in room temperature water for 1-1.5hour.

Soak the gelatine in the lukewarm water.
3.
Add the soaked Sago and Condensed Milk in the boiled milk and boil alltogether for 3-4 minutes. Add the half of the soaked gelatin, vanilla essence and turn off the flame.

Take all the fruit juices in a pan, pour the remaining soaked gelatin in that and microwave the mixture for 30secs. Add red gel food color into it.
5.
Now take a large plate, place a comparatively small love shaped Muffin cutter/mould into a bigger love shaped mould.
6.
Put the fruit juices mixture into the smaller one whereas the Sago mixture in the larger one.
7.
Keep the plate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
8.
Take it from the fridge and demould cautiously.
9.
The food is now ready to serve. Serve it with some Pomegranate Juice.
