Ingredients For Semolina cake in kadhai Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak semolina for 5hours in water.
  • 2. After 5 hours our semolina is fully soaked add curd and oil, sugar and all dry fruits mix well.
  • 3. Don't make the bater dry keep it as free flowing.
  • 4. Now heat a heavy base kadhai in medium flame pour the bater and cover with lid cook slowly check after 25 minutes with a tooth pick if it's done than flip it to other side.
  • 5. Cook it golden from both sides.
