Methods
  • 1. Dry roast semolina and then add milk and cook till it thickens.
  • 2. Turn off the gas and after cooling, add ghee and mash it
  • 3. Mix and mash cardamom powder, sugar and coconut powder
  • 4. Steam cook for 5 minutes
  • 5. Garnish dedicated coconut and keep in the fridge for a while then serve
