Methods
  • 1. First of all, after mixing semolina, flour, salt, knead a soft dough with hot water and keep it covered for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Soak a handkerchief in hot water, wrap the dough and keep it covered for 30 minutes.
  • 3. Now break a ball and roll out 1 inch thick roti. And with the help of a round lid, cut into round balls.
  • 4. Now take a puri by rolling a rolling pin on it and make the puri a little longer. Similarly, all the puris will be prepared.
  • 5. Put it in the hot oil and fry all the pooris while pressing them with the jhari.
