Ingredients For Semolina Pitha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all, roast the semolina in a pan on low flame.
  • 2. Now add milk and ghee to semolina and cook it in low flame.
  • 3. Then keep stirring it continuously till the mixture gets dry.
  • 4. Now take off the pan and let the mixture cool down a bit.
  • 5. After that take out the mixture in a plate and knead it well with flour.
  • 6. Now add sugar and water in a pan and let it come to a boil and then add cardamom powder,
  • 7. then turn off the gas and keep it covered.
  • 8. After that make small balls from the mixture and make a design with the help of a toothpick.
  • 9. Now take a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the pitha in low medium flame until golden brown.
  • 10. Then put the hot pitha soaked in sugar syrup for 1 hour.
  • 11. Finally after 1 hour serve the delicious semolina pitha in a plate.
