1.
Take a large mixing bowl add semoila, bengal gram flour, Curd salt n sugar and make a batter adding water. Like normal idly batter and keep it for rest for 20-25 minutes minimum.

Peel beetroot and grate it.

Heat 1 /2 t spn oil add onion and saute it for 2-3 minutes, add ginger garlic paste, 1 t spn chopped green chili, tgen add grated potato mix it well

Add salt, garam masala , And Amchur powderthen add chopped coriander leaves mix it and let it cool. Keep it a side.

Grease itly molds with oil

Add grated beet root in ready semolina batter mix it .Add baking soda n mix it.

Add water in idly cooker and preheat it

Pour little semolina batter on mold then keep a small ball of Alu masala And pour batteron it cover alu ball fully .
9.
Then steam idly for 15-20 minutes.

Let the idly cooker cool

Remove mini idlis carefully from mold

Heat 1 tb spn oil add cumin ,mustard and sesame seeds let it Crackle. Add Asafoetida, green chillies, curry leaves saute it and pour this tadka on ready idlys.
