  • 1. Boil water, saffron, and sugar on medium flame in a nonstick pan.
  • 2. Heat it till sugar gets dissolved properly.
  • 3. Add sev and mix well. Add khoya and cardamom powder.
  • 4. Stir lightly. Cook on slow flame till it leaves sides.
  • 5. Pour this mixture into a greased plate and let it set for 2-3 hours.
  • 6. Sev Mithai is ready to serve.
