This recipe is literally Haven on Earth I loved it... Fruit is my first love so I can't say no to this recipe. Fresh fruit flavour along with my favourite custard flavour simply enhanced the flavour of Sevai. Indeed, even you people can't say no to this recipe.

Ingredients For Sevai Vanilla Fruit Custard Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a pan, heat 2 tbsp of ghee and add 50 grams of seviyan/vermicelli. Roast on low flame till they turn aromatic and golden brown.
  • 2. Now add 5 cups of milk and 6 tbsp sugar and let the milk come to boil.
  • 3. In the meanwhile, take 1/2 cup cold milk and add vanilla custard powder to make a smooth paste.
  • 4. Add this paste slowly to the sevai mixture and stir continuously.
  • 5. Simmer for 8-10 minutes, reducing the quantity or till the seviyan/vermicelli are cooked, softened and thickens.
  • 6. Now, pour Sevai Vanilla Fruit Custard into a serving bowl and garnish it with chopped fruits and dry fruits.
  • 7. Yours delicious and yummy Sevai Vanilla Fruit Custard is ready. Serve hot or cold.
