Ingredients For SEWAIN KA MUZAFFER RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Heat clarified butter in a pan. Add cashew nuts and almonds and fry it then turn off the flame and now add raisins.
  • 2. Again heat clarified butter in the same pan. Add thin sewain and fry till golden brown.Make a packet of fried sewain in the muslin cloth and add in the hot water for 30 seconds and remove it.
  • 3. Now make a sugar syrupHeat sugar and four tbsp water in a pan, when sugar dissolves it add mawa,cardamom powder and saffron and mix well.
  • 4. Now add fried thin sewain and all dry fruits and mix well.Garnish with dry fruits and serve
