Ingredients For Shira Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Roast semolina for 2 minutes in 2-3 tbsp ghee. Again add remaining ghee and roast semolina till becomes slightly brown.
  • 2. Boil water meanwhile.
  • 3. Roast dryfruits for a minute.
  • 4. In roasted semolina add sugar, salt, roasted dryfruits, cardamom powder. Mix well.
  • 5. Now add boiled water and mix well. Cover and cook till absorbs all water.
  • 6. Tasty, delicious Shira is ready to serve .
