*Method* ● Allow milk and sugar to boil in the frying pan, then mix the mawa and cook for 2 minutes, leave a little mawa left and apply it on top while garnishing.

● Add cardamom powder and saffron

● Add sev and nova ghee to reduce the flame and cook 2 to 4 minutes till the mixture thickens. ● Turn off the gas after adding rose water

● Take out the prepared mixer in a greased plate or dessert mold, garnish the remaining mawa, dry nuts and silver work and keep it in the fridge to set for 2 hours ● Your traditional Sindhi sev barfi is ready
