Ingredients For Singhada ke Atte ka Halwa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in a pan on medium flame. Add singhara flour and saute till it changes colour.
  • 2. If pan gets too hot, lower the flame and saute till flour colour changes to light brown.
  • 3. Add water and stir continously to avoid lumps. Add sugar and cook till halwa starts to get away from the pan.
  • 4. Add pinch of cardamom powder and half of sliced almonds.
  • 5. Remove from the flame. Garnish with remaining almonds and serve hot.
