Ingredients For Sooji ka Halwa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 2. In another bowl pour water and sugar and bring it to boil over a medium flame.
  • 3. Put sooji in the hot ghee and heat it over medium flame.
  • 4. Stir and mix it. Roast it until golden brown. It will take 10-12 minutes.
  • 5. Now add boiled water and sugar syrup into it and mix by stirring continuously.
  • 6. Stir and cook it to avoid any lump formation.
  • 7. Cook until all water gets absorbed. Add cardamom powder. Add some nutsand mix them properly.
  • 8. Your tasty sooji halwa is ready, garnish with nuts and serve.
