Methods

How to make Soruchakli pitha recipe

1. Soak urad dal for 4hours and make a paste. Mix it with rice flour. Add salt and water. Make a watery paste.
2. Take a nonstick pan, heat it, brush it with oil.
3. Add one big spoon full of that battter and spread it evenly such that the pitha turns very thin.
4. Cover for 30sec on low flame. Open the lid, carefully take it out from pan with a spatula. Follow the same for rest batter.
5. Enjoy it with nolen gur or any side dish.
