Ingredients For Soya Keema

Methods
  • 1. Soak the soya in hot water and squeeze it.
  • 2. then grinded
  • 3. Put it in a bowl, add curd, ginger garlic paste, kasoori methi, meat masala, salt and all the spices and mix it and keep it covered for 10 minutes.
  • 4. Now heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, asafoetida and chopped onions and fry them and grind the tomatoes with ginger, garlic, almond peel and green chilies.
  • 5. After the onion turns red, fry it with salt and all the spices and then fry it by adding tomato paste.
  • 6. After frying, add soya and fry for a while, add 1/2 cup water and cook it, then put it in a bowl and garnish it with fried paneer
