Add 1 tb oil, salt, red chilli powder, roastedpeanut powder, sesame seeds, chopped green coriander leaves,1/4 t spn turmeric powder, 1 t spn red chilli powder, finely chopped green chilli,1-1 t spn cumin and coriander powder mix all ingredients nicely and knead a hard dough.

Cover it and keep it for rest for 15 minutes.

Pick a small bite from dough, roll it like a pipe and fold it and make a ring shape. Make rings from dough.

Take a heavy bottom kadhai or vessel and heat it.

Add oil in it ,add cumin and mustard seeds and let it crackle.

Add asafoetida ,curry leaves and garlic paste in oil . Saute it for 1 minuet.

Add, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, kala masala and 6-7 cups water.

Add salt, peanut powder and let water boil
11.
When water stared boiling add masala rings in it and cook for 15-20 minutes.
12.
Add lime juice, ghee, chopped coriander leaves. And serve it hot with papad and pickle.
