Ingredients For Spring Roll Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a pan on a medium flame then add oil in it.
  • 2. Add the spring onions, mix bell peppers and ginger in it.
  • 3. In a small bowl make a paste with 2 tbsp corn flour and 1 tsp water.
  • 4. Take spring roll sheet then brush it with the corn flour paste then put some pepper mixture on it.
  • 5. Roll the spring roll into long cylindrical shape.
  • 6. Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry spring rolls until they turn golden brown.
  • 7. Serve with sauce or chutney.
