Ingredients For Babycorn Chilli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix babycorn, maida, cornflour, salt, red chilli powder, tomato sauce and little water so that flours coat baby corn evenly.
  • 2. Heat oil in a frying pan on medium flame. Fry babycorn till it turns golden brown. Remove and keep it aside on tissue paper to absorb extra oil.
  • 3. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a wok on high flame . Add garlic and green chilli. Saute till it changes color.
  • 4. Add onion and mixed bell peppers. Saute for a minute on a high flame.
  • 5. Add fried baby corn and sauces . Toss well. Add salt if required.
  • 6. Switch off the flame. Add spring onion greens and serve hot.
